Starting out as a modest, single storey bungalow in the 70s, this home located in the rural Test Valley near Salisbury, had been considerably extended over the years. The client commissioned Fettle Studio to assist them in the latest proposed works, intended to resolve awkward interior circulation spaces on both ground and first floors, provide a new master bedroom suite upstairs, and create new large open social spaces extending into the garden, with a spacious new kitchen and glazed orangery.

Following a positive Pre-App with the Test Valley Planning Department, and a necessary Bat Survey with Mitigation Report, Planning Approval was gained in September 2021.

The project is now on site, with completion expected early 2023.
