Fettle Studio / Blue Tile Splashback
This handmade ceramic tile splashback was created to compliment the bespoke plywood joinery, cast concrete worktop and unique interior refurbishment of this beautiful private home.
With her made-to-measure design for the kitchen, Lydia handmade each rectangular stoneware tile, finished with her rusty-blue glaze. She also assisted the client in installing them on site.
These tiles also featured as part of the planning-approved material palette for Mæ Architects’ Mews Houses at the Sugar House Island redevelopment, London.
